4 Bedroom House in Pozzuolo, Perugia

Our gorgeous family home is on the Tuscany/Umbria borders and has stunning views over the Tuscan hills and village of Montepulciano.
Set in a quiet location, amongst olive and fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Home from home with full private use of all areas including a large pool, table tennis and a choice of two terrace areas.
The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside and out for children to play and adults to unwind.
Lake Trasimeno is a 10 minute drive away, with beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.
A beautiful location with a wealth of activities from cycling to wine tasting, pedalos on the local beach, sailing to visits to famous hilltop villages and towns.
It's very easy to get to some of Italy's most famous cities by car or train.. Rome is 2 hours by train and can be done in a day (I've done it a few times with 3 children!) and Florence about 90 minutes.
Assisi, Siena and Orvieto are around 45 minutes drive.
There's a small but very fun waterpark about 20-25 mins drive away which is great for small children and teenagers alike.. It's small enough to pitch your towels down and sunbathe whilst the kids get on playing!

Summary: Can't say enough about our stay in this awesome Villa. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular and Mac was very welcoming on arrival and there when leaving to see that all went well on our visit. Would very much recommend. Thank you Mac!!

Summary: This is a lovely house and gardens to holiday at! Typical Italian styling and decor, with great facilities including the pool! Short drives to Sienna, Assisi and Montepulciano which were great to visit and explore. The local wines and food are fabulous! We e-cycled around the lake which was an easy way to go around the 60km route, with a lovely restaurant 1/2 way. Sally and Mac were amazing throughout! Great comms and welcomed us at the house on arrival. On hand to for any questions or recommendations. A great villa, in an ideal location. Highly recommended!

Summary: Host was very friendly and ready to greet us upon arrival. Home was very clean and in a nice location with beautiful villages a short drive away. We just wish the toilet near our room would flush. Overall, it was a great experience!

Summary: Family members stayed here for a few days of relaxation before attending a wedding in Tuscany. Wonderful rustic charm, knockout views, clean and well appointed. Close to beautiful local towns, wineries and restaurants by car. Mac was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend.
