Summary: Enjoyed the stay. two years in a row. Had a slow drain and the owner jumped right on it. Only complaint is curtains let in too much early morning light...hard to sleep.

Summary: First impressions were excellent, starting with how clean the property was. The view of Little Rock from the balconies was beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat. Despite being in a fairly densely populated area, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient to various parts of the city, though having a car or using Uber will be necessary to get around. Check in was easy. Chris was prompt in response to questions and offered recommendations if needed.

Summary: Really modern place that felt like a bachelor pad where the owner failed to keep it up: namely kitchen and bathrooms with very, very old towels, mats, and stains. The neighborhood was marginal at best with some homes exteriors crumbling. Did feel safe, but disappointed re desire to walk the neighborhood with dog or with wife.

Summary: In town for a family member's surgery. The house is located short distance and easy navigation from CHI St. Vincents and made a tough situation so much more bearable. The house is immaculate and is appointed well. Everything is strategically placed as well. All the comforts of home with the addition of a beautiful view! Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the neighborhood as well. Will stay here again if the need arises!
