Summary: The staff, location, and cleanliness were amazing. Food was over priced and limited options. My biggest complaint was the desert heat and a lack of amenities to keep the rooms cool at night. Therefore I would only recommend staying here during the cooler months. I was not prepared based on the explanation of the hotel

Summary: Had such a great return visit to this location of Under Canvas! I’ve been 2x before and always love the grounds, staff, food, service and more! This time however was a little disappointing as my friend didn’t get her dinner for over an hour and was forgotten and when it came she said it wasn’t very good. Other guests shared they too had a long delay in getting their meal. This was a Sunday night so we all weren’t sure why the delay as it was later and not during a peak hour. My burger was great as were the fried pickle spears. I’d come back again but do hope their food side gets some further attention. Otherwise, lovely stay!

Summary: There are few amenities because it's designed to be off grid. The tent is nice and so is the bedding. Because it's an off grid camp, you have to deal with taking a shower by pulling a lever. Let go of the lever and water shuts off. Same for the sink. Also, no electricity or wifi. You have to rely on battery packs. Tents can get hot. They offer small fans that do help. However, this experience was enough for me. Others may love it and want to return.

Summary: The place itself is amazing, but unfortunately the service really let us down. There wasn’t much friendliness or hospitality, and a big part of the staff came off as rude. What we expected to be a relaxing experience turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, the rules weren’t explained clearly. The girl at reception mentioned that we couldn’t bring drinks into the tent and that we had to consume them in the restaurant area. Later, when we tried to have our drinks at the restaurant, the manager rudely told us the opposite—that we should be drinking them in the tent. It was confusing and honestly stressful, since every staff member told us something different. It’s a shame because we chose this place to celebrate my friend’s birthday and have a great time, but we didn’t really get to enjoy it :( Honestly, when you book a stay, hospitality and service mean everything

Summary: Dinner was bland. There were no activities at all the two days we were there. There was supposed to be trivia bingo, but they cancelled it for no reason. No yoga, no music by the campfire. Our last night a wind storm kicked up. Our tent already had a small hole in it, and the wind tore it even more. We ended up with a 5’ hole in our tent. It was very cold out (feels like 21°), and we couldn’t relight the fire due the wind in our tent. It was not the company’s fault up that a 7-hour windstorm kicked up, but there was no contingency plan. They did refund us $500 without our even having to ask, so we did appreciate that. I was not the special experience we were hoping for.

Summary: The fire place worked amazing, the menu is not friendly for picky eaters. The bed was comfortable but the shower water doesn’t get warm.

Summary: What an incredible setting for a camp. truly unique. The views, sunset and stars make this a truly unique place. Food is OK. Beds and Bathrooms are great consider¡ing you are in a tented camp. No light, battery operated lanterns, hot water is also limited. We loved the place and the experience..
