Positive: Sue was friendly, welcoming, and we ended up with a long journey and she was very understanding when we were a bit later than we had hoped. The property is in a great location for doing this part of Cornwall, the setting and field views are beautiful, the village has lovely amenities and whilst the decor/style of the house is a little dated, perhaps, it's all in great working order, really clean and has been maintained. There was plenty of milk for a cuppa and a vase of fresh flowers waiting for us on our arrival - a really lovely touch!

Positive: Everything about 'Underlanes' was exceptional Sue the owner was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The field at the back which is attached to the property made a fantastic exercise area for our little dog, he loved it. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs a no worry, relaxing break within easy reach of golden sandy beaches, fishing villages like Padstow and Port Isaac, Tintagel Castle legendary birthplace of King Arthur, Bodmin Moor with the historic 'Jamaica Inn', Cornwall's most haunted inn.
