Positive: The apartment layout, room sizes and location. The outside space was the main reason for booking and it was wonderful to have the breeze and fresh air.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Loved the balconies, where we could enjoy both morning and evening sunshine. Great location too! Teresa, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to all messages.
Negative: Nothing to dislike about the apartment; the 2 hour queue at Lisbon airport passport control was horrendous, however!

Positive: The apartment was very clean and had 2 large balconies, one with a view of the Tagus river. All the cupboards were labelled which was helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location was decent and the apartment quiet despite the busy street below. The owner was quick to respond when my husband messaged her. All in all a good stay.
Negative: It took quite a while to get heat in the apartment when we arrived. The main bedroom shower drain needs cleaned out I believe as the water wasn't going down very well when showering. We would have liked to have a broom or vacuum to tidy up as we were there for a week. Overall a good stay.

Positive: Fantastic apartment for a family with young children (ours 1 and 4 yo). Itโ€™s relatively child proof with wooden floor and almost no hard edges for kids to bump into. The place was very clean (the cleanest weโ€™ve been to in years), had everything we needed (including washer dryer, all kitchen appliances, baby high chair and baby cotbed). Thereโ€™s a lift, two large balconies and the place is quiet. A nice plus is that there are small stickers on all cupboards indicating whatโ€™s inside, which helps finding what you need. Lastly owners are helpful, responsive and generous. They answered all our questions quickly and went above and beyond to help us (like sending an item we forgot when we left).
Negative: Not muchโ€” only thing is one of the showers (main/shared one) looked like it was missing a shower head. Didnโ€™t bother us at all as it had its ยซย mainย ยป shower head working, but compared to the perfect setup in the rest of the apartment we noticed it.
