This is a truly one-of-a-kind apartment, with original interior design elements from the 70s, combined with all the modern comforts! It is spacious, bright, and perfectly located next to the sea, on the coast of Athens, 20 minutes away from the city centre.
We are very excited about the newest addition to our group of homes! This apartment has been in our family for years! Its most distinguishing characteristic is its unique architecture and amazing 70s style interior. The apartment was specially designed by a very talented architect, who was also a good friend of our family.
The apartment is spacious (130sqm) and split across three different open levels, which look like flowing one into another. The kitchen, a WC and the dining area are located on the lowest level. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring brand new kitchen appliances. Then a set of steps leads up to the bright and airy living room. The living room is very comfortable and also offers a Smart TV and a desk area. In summer you can also enjoy the delightful balcony, which overlooks the Flisvos Marina.
The mezzanine-style upper level is occupied by an open plan bedroom/bathroom suite and is probably the apartmentโ€™s most distinctive space! The bedroom features a double bed and a walk-in closet. The beautiful bathroom offers a roomy shower and two sinks. The toilet area is separated with a door. Although the mezzanine-style upper level is open, and overlooks the living room, it is smartly designed so that one can close the doors and turn the mezzanine level into a private bedroom/bathroom suite separated from the rest of the apartment.
Due to the special character of this apartment, we feel it is the ideal place for couples! On the other hand, it is so spacious, that it can comfortably accommodate more guests, such as families, or a small group of friends. In this case, the two sofas in the living room can convert into beds.
The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 mยฒ Stavros Niarchos Park. The park has truly upgraded the entire area, and is perfect for families with children, pleasant walks, running and relaxing.

Summary: Very nice property, well located near the marina. Easily walk to the marina, bus, train, hop on and off, grocery store, restaurants and more. Dimitris greeted us as we arrived and explained everything. Everything was as described. We would definitely return.

Summary: This was my second stay and was just as awesome as the first! The location is super (immediate access to public transportation and across the street from the beach). On one side you have the hustle of a major city and the other the chill of the beach scene! And the hosts are incredible! Even though our arrival was delayed until midnight, they met us in person & gave us the full tour.

Summary: The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of space to spread out. It's conveniently located, with multiple public transport options nearby. It's only 10 mins walk to the public beach and 5 mins to Flisvos Marina with multiple food options. The host Dimitrius took special care of us, making our stay especially pleasant. Highly recommend!

Summary: Nicoletta and her friends/family were very good and pleasant hosts. We could check-in late at 10 p.m. The Apartment had more than we aspected (For example kitchenproducts). The view from the balcony is Open-spaced and nice. Nearby there are many supermarkets, Restaurants, Public Transport and the great harbour-area of course.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at the residence recently for 11 days . The home was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated . The tram and bus stops were directly across the street. The marina is also very close and featured a few dining options. The WI-FI was strong and the smart TV with Netflix capabilities was a nice surprise. The main issue we had was that one of the two toilets, was basically unusable. When we arrived we were met by Nikki (the greeter), who showed us around and gave us an extremely basic introduction of the home (she seemed annoyed that she had to be there). I pointed out to Nikki that the toilet seat in the master bathroom upstairs was completely detached and broken off. She told me to use the bathroom 2 flights downstairs, off from the kitchen.. !! Wait....What??? A properly functioning toilet is a basic requirement. Instead of telling us to use the bathroom downstairs, Nikki should have initiated the process of having it repaired. We stayed the entire 11 days without the issue being corrected.

Summary: We had a great stay in this apartment. it is in a great location with the tram right across the street, close to the beaches, and plenty of restaurants close by and only minutes to downtown of the ferries. The apartment was very clean and spacious, had all the essentials in the kitchen, and the Wifi is fast. Not only is it a great apartment but Nicoletta was a dream to deal with with quick responses and very helpful, she made sure our stay was perfect. Wold recommend this apartment and hope to be back soon.
