Summary: We have an annual friends and family “guys trip”. We stumbled across this place on VRBO and could not be more grateful that we did. Mulberry Farm is -awesome-. As “too good to be true” as the listing might appear, this place lived up to it (if not exceeded expectations). All of the amenities were of insanely high quality. Professional grade cooking appliances, 4 star hotel bed/bath arrangements, and the outdoor facilities were truly resort quality. Mike was super friendly and responded to all inquiries immediately. We hope to make this a regular occurrence.

Summary: We booked our vacation a little late this year and took a chance on this when it was a new listing. It did not disappoint! We were looking for a place where we could get away, slow down, and recharge as a family after a hectic year. There were 7 of us total - my husband and I, his parents, and our three children. Everything about the property is top notch! I referred to it as our "swanky hunting lodge" the whole time we were there, and I think it's the best way to describe it! Biggest pros -- The pool -- we spent most of our days here! The other amenities -- my kids and husband enjoyed the chip & putt, the pickle ball court is very fun (although we didn't use it) The kitchen -- high end appliances and literally everything you could possibly need during your stay! (The new fridge was on backorder -- but it's on it's way to complete the amazing kitchen!) The wifi -- my teenaged daughter was grateful for ability to still stream and post to tiktok (insert mom eye roll here) but it was helpful for my husband and I as we checked in on our work while away. A couple of things to be aware of... We didn't fully understand the layout of the rooms before we got there. My oldest son is intellectually disabled and my father-in-law has some mobility issues. While we were able to make it work, the property was a little hard for my FIL to navigate as most of the paths are not paved. It took him a good 20 minutes to get down to the dock and he needed a lot of assistance to get back -- but he was able to get down there to watch his youngest grandson catch his first fish, which was worth the effort to navigate the path! The challenge for my son with ID was where he would sleep since he needs his own room, but couldn't use one of the rooms in the tree house that open to the outside. We figured that out too, but just be aware that if you have a group with young children, the four rooms in the treehouse all open to the outside, and you must go outside to get to the bathroom. We did have some issues with the gate, but the owner was responsive and the man who came to fix it was incredibly kind and helpful. Actually that's something I can say about everyone who came to the property -- we had a landscaping crew there that needed to do some work along with regular mowing and they were all so nice! So even though there were some minor interruptions, we didn't mind. All in all, a great change for us from city life! We would definitely recommend Mulberry Farm!

Summary: So much fun for everyone! We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy along with ample opportunity to get together and enjoy each other’s company. No one was ever bored with the plethora of activities from the putting green to the pool to fishing and endless rounds of Pickleball. Host was very responsive and made sure we needed to enjoy our stay. Definitely plan on returning in the future.
