Summary: We stayed here with a large youth group for three nights. There was plenty of room, the location is central the most everything in Utah County, and the large backyard was perfect for summer evenings. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always fast to respond and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again

Summary: The VRBO we used for 1/2 of my family for my family coming in for a wedding. Unfortunately, the thermostat was locked, very hot, and uncomfortable in the home. It was warmer at night than day and shut down the AC unit. As the mother of the bride, my family didn't want to complain to me so had no idea. My sister from Europe said probably the worst she has stayed at comfort-wise. The location is good for guests going to Sundance.

Summary: We had a small family reunion and this home was great for what we needed. The location was very central, as we had activities up the Canyon, in Provo, and Lehi. Check-in was super easy and the owner was fantastic to work with. Everything that needed attention, was attended to quickly and communication was fantastic and timely. The rooms were super cute and we had beds for everyone! Our littles enjoyed the fun toy room and the backyard. We also loved the Corn Hole provided. It really was a great stay!

Summary: This house is great if you need beds! It had a bed for 18 individuals. The number of beds per room made it possible to divide the rooms according to families. The configuration of the beds was different than stated online. We were able to make adjustments. Some beds were more comfortable than others. The house is older, so you do hear a lot of noise inside the house during the night. Because the house is older, some bathrooms did not appear clean. There is no tub, only showers. We were in Orem to attend a wedding reception. It did fit everyone comfortably-we had 14 people there. The house was cold and we could not control the thermostat, but the manager was able to respond quickly to our text and turned up the heat. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be very family friendly. We had our dog with us. The backyard is fenced and was perfect for him! The kitchen was well stocked. It made for a happy place to stay with family!
