Summary: All in my party were just WOW'D with this home & quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for my party of 3. For most of my family it was our first visit to Colorado & we were attending a baby shower. We originally planned to stay at a hotel in Brighton for 5 days but very happy we didn't. Our stay at Ryan's property included access to 2 upstairs bedrooms, one full bathroom & the downstairs area which was huge & complete with full kitchen, island/fridge/stove, double ovens, dining table, tv/lounging/receiving area, 1/2 bathroom & access to the backyard!! My family just loved the decorative finishes and location. Our host Ryan was always helpful & responsive to communication during our stay. Some of the amenities available during our stay were GREAT WIFI, A/C & heat, washer/dryer, iron, steamer, kettle, coffee maker, granite counter tops, dining ware, electric stove, smart tv's in bedrooms, use of driveway and access to a gym. I would definitely stay here again & request use of the additional full bathroom/master bedroom, paying more would be worth it in such a great home. This was my first time using VRBO & was a relatively easy process. Thanks again Ryan, our VRBO host, we had a fantastic stay! Anne
