The Casa Pineta has been family-owned since the 1950s and therefore has one of the best locations on Elba. Surrounded by shady pine forests, the Pineta is located on a rocky outcrop, the so-called Punta-Morcone, directly above the sea. Every day of your valuable vacation, you can spontaneously choose how you would like to spend it on the Pineta: whether quiet and secluded, the day on the terrace with a view of the sea on some days even to Corsica, or on the private rocky beach that you are in reach a few minutes. You may also feel like going into the hustle and bustle and visiting the public Morcone sandy beach with your children, which you can also reach on foot via stairs in less than 10 minutes. You can spend the evening in the romantic town of Capoliveri, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The house was extensively renovated in 2014 and equipped according to German standards.
The house is comfortably and comfortably furnished, partly with antique furniture and high-quality crockery and other accessories that should offer you a pleasant and relaxing vacation. In 2013 the Pineta was enlarged and an extension in Tuscan style was created, with another bedroom with sea view and a spacious modern bathroom. The house can now accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace was enlarged towards the sea to about 250 square meters.
