It is a small mansion build in the middle of 18th century, exclusively out of stone and olive tree wood, by one of the most prominent builders of the era. Its roof, a real masterpiece, was renovated around 1930 and it still retains its initial style. It is build in two levels. In the ground floor is the bedroom and the bathroom while on the upper floor is an open plan living-room and kitchen. It is located in one of the most beautiful settlings of the Archipelagos, called Koumeika and in a plot of 300 square meters. There is also a big yard and a parking space and is surrounded by lots of plants and trees. Amongst its features is a stone made wood stove at least 200 years old. Following a traditional path for 15 minutes, a distance at about one kilometer, there are two of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Kaladakia and Balos where you can find very good taverns, The village has a bakery shop, two mini-market shops and two traditional coffee places in one of those you can find good quality food in a very low price. In its narrow streets one can walk freely, away from mass tourism without cars and traffic. We have renovated this house just the past year with a lot of effort, personal work and lots of love trying to retain its traditional architectural style. Local builders have helped us in this effort while the upper floor was renovated stone by stone by one of the most talented decorator of the Aegean
