Summary: The property is clean, tidy, well equipped and in a lovely location. Albert was wonderful, so helpful and always available when we needed him. There are plenty of restaurants in the square which is a 5 minute walk down the hill from the villa. There is also a large supermarket on the square where you can grab all of your essentials. The garden is lovely and very well maintained I look forward to returning to this remarkable villa. 😊

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this unique home in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything is available for a self-catered experience with shopping and restaurants close by. The location is great for site seeing along the Costa Blanca from mountains to seaside. Our hosts gave us such a warm welcome and are very hospitable.

Summary: We felt right at home from day one and had run of the property without any complications. The property is well maintained and secure as well as very accommodating for a relaxing vacation. The views are spectacular and a short walk to the small town where you can go shopping or enjoy a meal. Benidorm beaches and nightlife are 10 to15 minutes by car for a great time. Summary: The property is very spacious, well furnished and all utility areas are well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is available. The garden too, is well kept tidy and spacious with shade available for the hotter days outside. The pool is ideal for a cooling, refreshing dip. We enjoyed a two week relaxing break here with friends and appreciated Albert’s cheerful welcome and gardening skills!

Summary: Our family spent a month in this beautiful place. Spacious and well maintained home. Cozy and very green garden with flowers and plants around the house. There is greenery around the perimeter and you don’t feel that there are houses around. Albert is very nice and responded instantly to our requests. A couple of good supermarkets within walking distance, with fresh seafood. Thanks Albert.

Summary: Booking the La Nucia property was very simple and efficient. Albert, the host, was very communicative. He speaks English well (as well as German and Spanish, and maybe other languages!). When we arrived at Alicante Airport we WhatsApp'd Albert and then he was there when we arrived to check us in. He showed all of the features of the house, and we then settled in for our month-long stay. The house is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from a Supermarket, and several restaurant/bars. It's just a 15 minute drive into Benidorm, or 20 minutes up to Calpe. The house includes everything you might need, including a clothes washer, dishwasher, plenty of plates and flatware, really, there was nothing I can think of that I didn't find easily. The pool is deliciously refreshing on a hot day. And there are distant Mediterranean views from the rooftop patio on a clear day. The house is in an upscale neighborhood where every home's property is gated and surrounded by fences and hedges. Albert is a brilliant gardener. The trees and shrubs on the property are immaculately cared for. Golf was a primary focus of my leisure time, and there are several courses less than 1/2 hour away. Closest is Melia Villaitana resort, which sports a fun Jack Nicklaus championship course. Only a ten minute drive from the house. When not golfing or down in town, it was relaxing to sit in front of the TV. There's regular broadcast Spanish stations, some Satellite stations in German, French and 2 English news stations, and then there's also an AppleTV unit. I logged into the Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts with my logins and was able to watch English programming on those (I did log out of them before leaving). The weather in September was a study in contrasts. When we arrived it was hot! As the month continued, there was some unsettled weather, and even some rain. It was good to see some variety in the weather. I'm told that is often the case, as the rainy season starts in late October and goes through December. Overall, it is a lovely home, well appointed and well maintained, and Albert is a perfect host.
