We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.
After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs are available with Roku and Netflix while you’re on vacation.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.
Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

Summary: It was beautiful, everything we expected with more gorgeous scenery than pictures could describe. Terrible storms made the power go out but the host made sure we were okay and had water also. Extremely nice host and neighbors.

Summary: The property is on a beautiful part of the river with many accommodations that made our trip a lot of fun. The residence and staff were very kind and helpful. We loved how secluded the property is all while being very close to food, shopping, and downtown Chattanooga.

Summary: This place was perfect! Walking into our condo, everything was welcoming. All the amenities and then some. Plenty of fresh towels, cleaning supplies (we brought our own), paper products (brought our own as well), cooking & eating utensils. All you really needed was to bring your own food. And with 3 markets to shop from (Aldi, Super Walmart and Food City) 5 minutes away... it was a breeze. The big draw to this location was the proximity to the river. My husband enjoyed waking up at sunrise

Summary: Was better than we anticipated, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the view, and Chattanooga. Would recommend all who visit the area to take in National Medal of Honor Museum, a lot of history and would be beneficial to all middle schoolers, teenagers and young adults to help them understand the prices paid for their freedom.
