After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.
We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.
Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats.. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.
NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Summary: Ray the host/owner was nice and welcomed us when we got there. Riverfront is a wonderful place to be and relax. The deck, firepit and fishing was our favorite part and seeing the boats go up and down the river. Canoes are available too. People there are friendly. I would rent again and love to take the kids back. --- Hearher & Family

Summary: We loved the view from the balcony. It was a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Comfortable accommodations and everything we needed to cook a few meals at the condo. Very clean and we felt safe. Neighbors were nice and it was quiet at night. The only negative was the parking lot is a little steep, BUT that is a minor negative.The location is close to Walmart and all local attractions, as well. We loved our stay and so did our kids.

Summary: We stayed here for our nieces wedding at the Gardens in the gorge. I love the view and I loved the cats. Was not expecting cats. They are friendly and fun to watch walking about the beautiful property

Summary: We highly recommend this unit. We cannot say enough about the breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and mountains. Flowers, singing birds,and beautiful butterflies add to the beauty as well. Kayak use is free and is an added bonus. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the grounds were well kept. It was such a peaceful place and a hidden gem . The great thing is it is tucked away from the busyness of downtown, but less than 10 minutes away from area attractions, a grocery store, and walmart. You cant go wrong staying here. We will be going back asap.

Summary: Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Would stay again.

Summary: We came for a 2nd time for a Ironman race. This place is only 15 minutes away. Great for a couple of practice swims in the river. Gorgeous views, kayaks, paddle boards, tackle box and more available for the rest of the family no racing,
