We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.
After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.
Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

Summary: We loved everything about this place. Beautiful views and quiet setting. Condo was comfortable, clean and the balcony fantastic. It was an easy drive to all the sites we visited. Owner responded quickly to any of our questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this condo. Very well furnished and lots of amentities as far as kayaking, swimming and fishing. Close to downtown and all the excursions. Will stay here again

Summary: This is a nice location for people looking to spend time on the water. It is not ideal for 4 people comfortably. It was my husband and I with two of our teen children, 15 and 17. They had the couches- not very comfortable - there weren’t any clean linens that we could find for them either. They did however love getting out on the water with the kayaks/paddleboards. The kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of dinners and breakfasts. The condo was clean but you can smell it’s a place that hosts plenty of pets so if you have allergies might need to consider. We wanted to go to Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain. This condo was conveniently located just 10-20 minutes to either.

Summary: I was very impressed with this rental. The pictures don't do it justice. I would rather stay here any day than boring 'ol hotel. The view is amazing. It's nestled in just the right spot and you're only 10-15 min from Dunkin, Starbucks, Walmart etc etc . There's is plenty of pier/ dock space for more than one family to enjoy. Host is very friendly. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend 😁

Summary: If you're looking to lower your blood pressure, this is it! I loved slowing down and drinking coffe on the porch with the beautiful view. The bed is so comfy- it's hard to leave. Ray is beyond helpful and responded to all my questions right away. The kayaks look so fun and I'm going to try doing that next time.
