Located just 10 Minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.
After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix available.
Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is one bedroom and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.
Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-Oct. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.
NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Summary: This was a very nice and pleasant condo. When we walked in it was cozy, light was on for us along with the air turned down. It was so nice!! One bummer was, We thought the price for renting the kayaks were in the price of the rental, but it wasn’t. We still took advantage of it being there, just wasn’t expecting it.

Summary: This place was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with the essentials. There were a few restaurants and hiking trails within a few miles. A short drive to downtown with a pedestrian bridge, restaurants and shopping. The dock is a perfect place to have morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or just chill all day, it’s that kind of place. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.

Summary: Condo was great with great views. Only issue was the kitchen water pressure but we figured out that the hose was linked under the sink. Called real estate agent/property manager but no returned called. Never called owner once we figured out the problem. Can be fixed if hose is realigned. Other than that small issue, everything was great!!

Summary: We loved the location on the Tennessee River, and really enjoyed relaxing on the dock using the fishing poles and tackle that were onsite. We also enjoyed the firepit trying to catch a glimpse of the Lyrics Meteor shower and abnormally low Northern lights (no luck though!). The host was kind to suggest a kite show for our kids. Thank you!

Summary: Very clean. Nice spot on the river. There is a queen bed and the other bed is a pull out mattress. We knew this beforehand and took our airmatress as our kids would not have both fit on the pull out couch. Communication w property representative was very good! Answered all questions in. Timely manor!
