We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.
After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.
Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking. .

Summary: We really had a great time! People staying around us were so friendly and a band even played on the 4th. Its location is great and beautiful, being perfectly located just out of town, but close enough to all the conveniences. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: My son and I were in town for work and chose this location. Everything was great. We were so close to Chattanooga and to where we worked, but remote enough to just hang out by the river if we wanted. Went into 'Nooga a few times (I recommend the Aquarium and pedestrian bridge over the river), and then worked further north most of the time. It was peaceful and restful when we weren't working. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This property was very clean and the owners provided all the basics. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the outdoor amenities but it was still a great view. It’s a short drive to all the Chattanooga attractions. It was a great fit for our small family.

Summary: Very nice property. Our kids (9 and 10) enjoyed the play area down by the river and we enjoyed the peaceful setting and views. We were able to fish and kayak and rest in-between activities. It is close proximity to downtown and all Chattanooga events. The Walmart in 5 min away. The house was comfortable and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. Highly recommend!

Summary: My wife and I stayed for our anniversary getaway. The location was great with access to hiking, the River, and downtown. The room was perfect for us and clean. The property could use a little maintenance, but we greatly enjoyed our stay!
