Summary: Our stay was awesome! We had plenty of rooms and showers! We kayaked all day and when we got home everyone could shower and get ready for the next day! There was plenty of parking for our 2 trailers and numerous vehicles. Most of our meals we did at the house. The last night we went to The Top restaurant. That restaurant and others were in walking distance. Great house and if we are in the area with a large group we would love to rent it again

Summary: In Gainesville for a thirty-five year reunion with fraternity brothers. Eight of us stayed at the property, and enjoyed separate bedrooms and six bathrooms. Love the layout. Property in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from campus. Looking forward to future reunions and hope to be able to secure this place again.
