Negative: Staff was very slow and not super welcoming. The amenities need some maintenance. There was a loud noise coming from a ventilator (?) the whole night and disturbed our sleep

Positive: It was conveniently located. The facilities were new and clean. Interesting position of the bath tub. Comfortable bed.

Negative: The check in was confusing to say the least. Hard to find the reception/building/room with no instructions. Not enough contact from the owner prior to (or after) my arrival. Staff were not rude but also not exactly friendly. The room was humid and hot on our arrival, and the air con was slow. The door initially couldn’t lock. Most are just the little things that added up to bad consequences. Nothing that can’t be improved/addressed.

Summary: Despite the poor experience with the check-in process and the incidents, I had a good night’s sleep and felt rested.

Positive: Perfect location. Lovely room with modern decor.

Negative: Be aware the downstairs cafe can be noisy. Unfortunately we weren't aware the room was directly above a very nice cafe open from early morning to 1am. Clean up of the cafe and clattering of dishes went on later than 1am. If you are here to go out every night, then I'm sure this won't bother you at all so if that's the case, this is a great place to stay. But, if like us, you are still dealing with a time difference and want some nights to go to sleep a little earlier, then don't stay here. I recommend UNS BnB makes sure their set up is explained on booking.com clearly and everywhere their hotel/cafe is promoted.

Positive: location is great for discovering places like pier art centre and love pier. I like that the curtains can be adjusted using a remote, facilities in the room were decently clean. I like that it is very dark after switching off the lights.

Negative: parking is quite a bummer, I was lucky to find a roadside parking nearby but it took a few going round.. no elevator and stairs are quite steep and narrow. if you have big luggages, this may not be the right place to stay in.
