Summary: CHECK IN I did not get the check in details until after 8:00 pm on the day of my arrival and after 3 calls to the corporate number. When you arrive there are a bunch of different emails and text messages and a key process that is very poorly documented. Even the apartment manager says that Arriva needs to fix their check in process. When I arrived, the pans were dirty ( I cleaned them myself), there were a bunch of left over laundry. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent and even after asking they did not provide any. The unit is good but the bad logistics are hard to deal with at night in the dark.

Summary: This was a great place. The space had a very thing we needed and more. From appliances, linens, it even had a store connected to it. Message vrbo for checkin and parking instructions before hand for easy access. You park in parking garage beneath complex. You’ll get your key from the box by garage. Vrbo will send you a code to type in to get your access key. I could see how that’s confusing before hand but I see people ran into that issue. There are none with this stay! It’s a great relaxing stay. Super comfortable beds

Summary: I really love the arts and design of that location and also the amenities offered even though I did not have time to enjoy it due to my purpose during that stay. Thanks to the owner for that opportunity.

Summary: We loved our stay at City Club Apartments. The complex was so cool and the convenient store next store made it so easy to grab a snack or something else that we’d forgotten! The condo was perfect for our stay. We were able to take the free trolley to Union Station, the Plaza, and the Market. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: No surprises. Everything was as advertised. Took me awhile to find my parking place in the garage because I could not find the map that was supposed to be attached to my info. Would stay there again if I go back to that part of KC.

Summary: We love everything about our stay. Everyone was extremely nice. The only complaint we had was we wanted a balcony to sit on and was under the impression we had one. I don't think it was anything but a leg of communication as the host was extremely accommodating!
