After a day exploring all that the area has to offer, take some time to relax and unwind on the front porch or retreat into the living room and melt into the cozy couch.The living room comes equipped with a flat screen TV, a variety of board games, card games and puzzles. The kitchen was recently remodeled and has everything you’ll need to prepare meals for the whole family. If cooking on vacation isn’t your cup of tea, there are a variety of restaurants to choose from within a 15 minute drive from the house or take a short walk to discover the taste of downtown Beulah.
Once the sun goes down, make your way to the backyard firepit to make some unforgettable memories roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of the day’s Up North Adventures.

THE LAKE
Crystal Lake is Michigan's ninth largest inland lake. The home is located within walking distance of one of Crystal lake’s public beaches. There is a playground and tennis courts located near the public beach.

The home does have outdoor security cameras. There are no indoor security cameras. The cameras are for security purposes only and the surveillance data from the cameras is deleted when no longer needed.

*Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are included with this rental.

*Sheets/Towels: Sheets, comforters and bath towels are included with this rental. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own beach towels and do not take bath towels to the beach.

*Grilling: We provide an outdoor propane grill and we do provide propane as well. We ask that guests completely shut-off the propane supply at the tank after grilling and that guests also clean the grill before check-out if they have used it. Also, for safety considerations, please do not use the grill next to the house. Please keep the grill at least 5 feet away from the side of the house.

*Quiet Hours: The house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood environment and, for the benefit of everyone in the neighborhood, we ask that guests be quiet outside between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

*Parking: Parking is available for up to four vehicles. Parking is only permitted in the parking area next to the house or on the street in front of the house. Parking on grass is strictly prohibited!

*Smoking / Candles: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house! Similarly, candles or any other kind of open flame are also not permitted.

Summary: We have stayed in the Frankfort/Beulah area for 14 years and this is the most perfect place we have found. Good location (walking distance to restaurants in Beulah), very helpful instructions, and thoughtful details -like multiple boxes of Kleenex in various rooms, scissors in the kitchen (!), steps for our little one to use in the bathroom, plenty of wastebaskets in bedrooms and bathrooms as well as in kitchen, travel crib for the baby, etc., that made it feel "like home" and a welcoming place. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Summary: Such a lovely place just across the road from Crystal Lake. Easy access to the public beach. Grandkids really appreciated using the kayaks and paddle boards that were available. House is nicely remodeled and furnished. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. Sunsets over the lake are amazing!

Summary: This property was even better in person than it appeared in the listing. It felt very spacious and nice views of the lake. Walking distance to Beulah beach, fishing pier, and shops. Property manager was responsive to a few questions, minor issues. We would definitely return.

Summary: Older property but all ages enjoyed. Stunning lake view, 9 bikes in garage to ride the short distance to town. Nicely furnished. Well stocked functional kitchen. Tight bathroom on main level. Not a luxury property but neither is the price. Communication was great, no problems. Short walk to public beach. We used the fire pit and brought a bunch of wood from home. Our Mothers’ day weekend was terrific!

Summary: Two families and a dog enjoyed hanging out in this clean, cozy place. It was only a 20-min drive to Crystal Mountain. We walked downtown for dinner to Five Shores Brewery one night and cooked in another night. It had all the utensils and cookware we needed to make our own taco bar. Views of the lake were beautiful. Would stay here again any time of year!

Summary: Beulah is a little gem we didn't know about that is less traveled than Frankfort. This place has a great lake view, and you can walk into town with several excellent restaurants. There is plenty of space in the home that is very nicely decorated. I definitely would go back!

Summary: This house is located in an amazing spot. It’s right across the street from beautiful crystal lake(campsite in between lake so there’s no houses in between). There are paddleball courts a few houses down and downtown Beulah is a very short walk away. Communicating with the owner and check in was a breeze. Also, lots of summer activities were provided. I would definitely, and most likely will, stay here again.
