Nestled in with pine and oak trees, this lake house is so secluded and serene. Located at the end of a private road, you will feel like you are up north, not just an hour away from Milwaukee or Madison! And you didn’t waste half your weekend driving! Water Street Retreat has 110' of frontage, located on Lake Sinissippi, on a half acre lot which is level to the lake. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises from the 3 season porch or soak up some sun on the deck or two piers. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full sized futon on the 3 season porch. Since the lake is shallow, it is also warmer than most lakes.

Summary: This place was so cute! We stayed here for 2 nights to decompress and have a mini honeymoon away from home with the dogs. Barb and Rick were so easy to communicate with, very responsive to my emails and gave lots of clear information before we left. Really appreciated their recommendations.

Summary: Such a beautiful water view home! Everything was just as described. The kids loved the kayaks and we all enjoyed evenings by the fire, looking out on the lake. Saw many deer within feet of the back deck. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Summary: The cabin was perfect for our get-away! It was well stocked and very comfortable. The fire pit by the lake was awesome! We'd highly recommend this property for a couple or a family. There's quite a bit to do in the area. We fell in love with it! We had no idea Sinissippi Lake was as large as it is, and we'd never heard of the Horicon Marsh. The people we met were so friendly! Especially at the Sinissippi Bar & Grill. They even let 4 Iowa Hawkeyes watch the football game. Great food!

Summary: Very nice and spacious cottage made for a wonderful stay outside the city. Lots of nice details -- wonderful bed linens, solid wifi, and a (mostly) well-stocked kitchen. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful! We enjoyed the lakefront, porch and yard, and especially the kayaks, although getting in/out can be tricky, given the combination high dock/large rocks at the water's edge. Thank you: We hope to be back!

Summary: We couldn't have asked for anything more. The owners, Rick and Barb, have thought of just about everything you need or would want on trip to the lake. If you forgot to bring it, chances are they have it. Beautiful property, house is updated and cozy. The house is tucked away and has a nice area of the neighborhood to walk around. We will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you both for everything.

Summary: The cottage is great for 4 adults or a family of 4 to 6 people. We had a nice weekend here. Nice & quiet! Had a couple fires outside which was great as well. I definitely recommend for a family or friends to come stay here!

Summary: Everything was great! Our family has a good time with the kayaks and the kids loved the water, large yard and porch. Location was perfect! Lake was quiet and we enjoyed exploring and sitting by the campfire at night. Living areas are very comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. They had so many amenities and covered everything we may have needed. It rained part of the day and they even had a Brio train set that saved the day. Could not ask for anything better. Thank you!
