Summary: It worked well for my family and I but seemed to be unfinished with remodel. The front porch roof is falling down. The traffic on the street and neighborhood was non stop day and night. However was perfect for our needs and comfortable for my family. I didn't mind the neighborhood just the traffic and is close to everything so, very convenient, also has a nice kitchen w new appliances and washer n dryer. Overall I would stay again.
