Summary: A lovely and comfortable apartment. A bit closer to the highway than we'd expected, but then we came for the beach, not for the digs. Really nicely done up place, especially the technical / HVAC details. The inverter (for AC and heating) is just about silent, and works beautifully. The bathroom fan, also sooooo quiet. When you've stayed in places where everything rattles and roars, the attention to good mechanical units is much appreciated! We didn't use the kitchen (only there overnight) but it was very complete: nice frig, stove, dishes and cooking gear. Could easily see staying for a week or more and eating in, quite happily. VERY comfortable bed, and nice linens. The walk in closet was a surprise and a treat! If you're looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced and well-thought-out place to stay, and you don't need to look at the ocean while you're drinking your first coffee (because you're gonna hit the waves in about 1/2 hour at the beach!!), this is the place!!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this apartment. As a mature couple, we would rather be away from the crowds with some privacy and solitude worked into our vacations. The apartment was pristine and everything very clean and new. The host was very accommodating and communicative. The house is nestled in a wooded area but in a nice neighborhood and a heartbeat away from shopping. The distance to the beaches is very short and very easy. We have accounts to various streaming services like Netflix and Hulu so that was perfect for us. Note that the TV is in the kitchen / living room area, which really is what we prefer rather than having one in the bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance in the back and has access to a nice porch area with seating for chit chat in the evening. I believe there might have been another renter, but we didn’t even cross paths. We were also able to bike ride around the area, everyone was so friendly! Oh did I mention how comfortable the bed was? That’s important!  It was a wonderful experience for us. Thanks!

Summary: We arrived to Manasquan Mill and loved property immediately. It was very clean and well kept. It's about 3 miles from the beach, which for us was perfect for our little trip. Our only problem was that the property advertised a coffee pot and after going to Shop Rite (which is right across the highway! Couldn't be any closer for a quick stop) to get coffee and filters, we noticed there wasn't a coffee pot as promised. I reached out to the property owner and he responded very quickly. He apologized and before the next morning he left a new one by our front door! Amazing customer service and fast response time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Great price, convenient location, newly renovated. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely consider renting this roomy apartment again. The house with four separate entrances is conveniently set up for family or friends to stay together while still allowing privacy. A very nice experience! An additional note: the owner was extremely attentive during the snowstorm this January. He was in contact throughout the storm and was available in the case of any emergency. Very much appreciated!
