Summary: The Bainbridge beach location is very cool, with great water views. There is a bit of noise from the bridge overhead, but not too bad. The property could have been cleaner (lots of dust, spiderwebs on the floors, bath tub was dusty) and many of the water fixtures didn’t work well (one toilet was flooding clean water onto the floor).

Summary: The property had everything as advertised, unfortunately what wasn’t evident was how loud the bridge noise was which was incredibly disruptive and made relaxing on the deck difficult. Additionally, the house smelled badly of smoke; my husband and children suffer from allergies and asthma and it was incredibly uncomfortable for them. I reached out to the property manager after a day to notify them of the issue and didn’t hear back and decided to leave before our stay was scheduled to be over. I eventually heard back days later but it was too little, too late.

Summary: Though the property has a nice view (except for the overgrown brush trees right in the middle of it) guests need to plan for the loud bridge noise if they want to use the deck. Also, the kitchen is not equipped with enough real pots and pans or cooking utensils for real cooking. There are only four table forks. There is only so much one can do with the plastic utensils provided. Some of the plumbing fixtures are very low flow.

Summary: The view of the water from this house was fantastic. It was clean and pretty. Loved the washer and dryer in the bathroom. The bedding was completely comfortable. The couch is not pull out as stated but one can sleep there comfortably. I would absolutely stay there again. The only thing that was not perfect is the room with a separate entrance. It is so cute with a great view but there is no bathroom so you have to walk outside to come in the house to use the facilities. In the middle of the night that is not convenient. However overall we really liked this house and would recommend. There is some noise from the bridge above but it did not bother us at all because it is really minimal. We loved it and even saw seals in the water right outside. You can take the stairs from the balcony right to the water. Amazing!

Summary: To start: WOW! From the moment I drove up to the property - after taking the ferry from Seattle and passing under Agate Point Bridge - to the amenities and pristine location I was completely blown away. The home is decorated with a modern sense and well stocked, especially in the kitchen area. The showstopper is definitely the deck and it's view of the bridge, water, and tidelands; made for perfect evenings enjoying a cocktail on the deck while watching the sky turn pink and sunset over the coastline. I highly, highly recommend this listing!

Summary: This place was almost perfect. It was clean, cozy, beautifully, GORGEOUS views and private access to the waterfront. There were just a couple little things that prevented that fifth star. It was cold. Maybe the heating is still being sorted out, but we had to keep moving space heaters around the house. It was loud. the A/C unit outside the guest bedroom kept waking us up and the noise from bridge traffic was significant at night (though we were expecting that). Bedroom doors wouldn't shut all the way and the closet doors didn't have bottom rails so it was difficult to use. Missing just a few essentials. I appreciated all the amenities it did provide, but wished there was more than one trash can for the house, some type of drawer system (or more than 4 hangers) and maybe a few basic cooking utensils other then grilling tools and a silicone spatula. Loved the toaster oven and coffee machine! The separated studio was super cute, however the internet was weak there so I couldn't use it as an office like I had wished. Regardless, had a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Summary: The view from once you step into the home is breathtaking. You feel your shoulders immediately relaxing. Shopping for your groceries is only a few miles away. Strolls along the waterfront is awesome. If you like collecting sea shells, you have hit the jackpot. Beds are comfortable. We all had a good time :) :) :) :)

Summary: We were unable to stay at this home. The pictures did not show the steps down to the bedroom and the sunken bathtub/shower which did not work with mobility issues. It also smelled like mildew.
