Our studio condo (Unit 110) located in the Historic Jarvis building and is in the heart of downtown Durango at 10th and Main Avenue. The condo has a convenient assigned off-street parking spot and full size fully stocked kitchen and AC. The Jarvis building also features a common patio area with a gas grill and seating.
This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just two blocks away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. The central location simply can't be beat.

There is a shared laundry room on site. It's open from am to pm and will lock before and after those hours

Summary: Perfect location. Great value for 2 adults (couch could be used for young child also). Clean, lots of linens. No dishwasher but washer and dryer available (but used by others at the adjoining condos and coin operated). Easy walking distance in downtown Durango.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was very good for our visit in Durango. We enjoy the downtown area and it also worked well for visiting family in the area. Just a couple of issues, including the party noise from across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. I read about it earlier but thought in November it wouldn't be an issue, but it is. Just the two nights, the rest of the time ok. The drapes on the street windows need work. There is a street light right by them and they pulled together inadequately to shield that light. Two door keys instead of one and salt and pepper shakers filled would have helped to. But overall it was a good week.

Summary: Loved the location! Literally just steps to everything you could need. Was surprised to see it has a full size stove/oven. Loved hearing the train whistle blow and can see the train as it passes. Management is on top of things. They send out emails to make sure your stay is perfect! Will definitely recommend and plan to return!
