You can enjoy views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the gulf from your private balcony and take a short walk to the famous Sunnyside Grill. Latitude 29 offers guests a swimming pool, hot tub, & charcoal grills. Prefer a little more action? No problem! Although this particular location is away from the "hustle & bustle," it is still just 6 miles to Pier Park & only 4 miles from Scenic 30-A.
This condominium offers almost 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space, including a spacious living & kitchen area overlooking the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook for family and friends and features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, as well as a door leading to the unit's covered balcony. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen Smart television, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. An additional full-size bathroom with walk-in shower is located off the living room. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit.
