Take in the expansive and panoramic views from Carpenters Point, where the mouth of the Susquehanna and North East Rivers meet at the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Home is tucked away on 1.3 partially wooded acres over-looking the water.
This rare find has everything you need to enjoy the property to the fullest. From the fully equipped kitchen to the many bonus extras. There is so much to do here right on the property. We have fun water toys, land games, board games, and amazing waterfront views. This 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom ranch style house has expansive, panoramic views of the water and is situated on a ridge overlooking a private beach that is all yours to enjoy exploring. We offer a great place for family vacations, group retreats, travel team tournaments, or weekend getaways. Come make some great memories with us!
Kitchen-Has everything to prepare and serve a meal for 16 people. Including a drip and K-cup coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, griddle, Toaster/ Airfryer combo, pots, pans, plates , dishes, utencils, infant and toddler set
Main floor-Enter through the front door, into the kitchen/dinning/family room combo. Down the hall and to the left is a hall bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 with king-size beds, 1 full size) including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All furnishings and decor are new and comfortable with a coastal vibe.
Downstairs-Has another comfortable family/recreation/game room, bathroom and laundry room combo, and 2 more large bedrooms including built in bunk beds (2 full, 2 twins) and a double bunk (2 full).
Water-There is a mooring for your boat, we are close to local marinas. We have a floating lilypad, kayaks and life vests (which must be worn by anyone using the kayaks). There is a decent amount of boat traffic that kayakers must be aware of for safety purposes.
Outside-there is a comfortable screened in deck, open air deck, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, all with amazing views of the water.
Surrounding Area-We are close to marinas, public boat ramps, restaurants, shops, and I-95 we are tucked away on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood but are close to all the modern amenities/ conveniences.

Summary: A small group of friends and our families gathered and had the best time right on the Chesapeake Bay. The house was clean and well-furnished, our hosts (especially Jen) were accommodating and communicative, and the property itself was amazing. We really enjoyed hanging out on the bay shore, skipping rocks, wading, and kayaking. Several of the group said it felt like we were on a deserted island (in a good way) because of the peaceful solitude. My partner went so far as to say the whole experience was the most relaxed she's been in years... can't give a better compliment than that! Highly recommend this property!

Summary: This home was perfectly outfitted for a weekend celebrating our college graduate with friends and family. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are quiet and there were so many comfy conversation and hang out areas. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill -even in the rain -and visited nearby North East, MD for some lovely meals and shopping. Best of all were the multiple osprey and eagle sitings -a bird watchers paradise.

Summary: This home was amazing. The house was clean and great for our family. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch overlooking the water. The different levels provided a nice separation in the evening. The kids could be downstairs while the adults could be upstairs. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Summary: This house is gorgeous! And huge! We had plenty of space for a family gathering. Everything is new, clean, and so beautifully decorated (even so tastefully decorated for Christmas). The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. We enjoyed the hottub, exploring the beach area and just being together in a beautiful setting. Already planning to do the same next year, but for a longer weekend! The host was also very communicative!

Summary: The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and perfect for our large family. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. We needed a mixer to make our favorite pancakes and the owner offered to reimburse us if we bought one!! The kitchen could use a mixer and more pots and skillets - we have a large family!! The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the basketball and axe throwing toys. Overall it was a great weekend!!
