Positive: Great location, very friendly and attentive staff. We came to stay for 2 nights but ended up with 4. Absolutely loved the experience!

Negative: Music downstairs was a bit too loud but that's something you can't avoid if you stay in a place like that. So, no complaints

Positive: Good value guest house with friendly staff and good breakfast. Good location in Kas...only thing was they could put a duvet or blankets on the bed as was cold in the night...everything else was clean and comfortable.

Positive: Good breakfast, great location and helpful staff.

Negative: - the cigarette smell in the room was not pleasant, i have reported that to the staff but they assured me that smoking is prohibited the hotel and that cigarette smoke comes from outside, as there are many bars nearby. You should do something about it.
