Positive: Spacious living room and kitchen dinning area. Great view and quiet neighborhood. House only had heat which worked amazingly well bringing the home up to temperature quickly, a blessing in these colder months. Fans were provided in every room which made it comfortable throughout the stay. Water pressure and heat were excellent and the dual sinks in the bathroom gave everyone plenty of space. The rooms were well sized and the furnishings were comfortable. The temperpedic mattress was incredibly supportive and adjustable which came in handy. Plenty of blankets throughout the house and extra towels and bedding were readily available.

Negative: It’s an older home so it smells like it. Air fresheners were provided but I ended up getting candles for the main rooms as my significant others sense of smell is strong. There was a little bit of nature in the door (cobwebs and their inhabitants) that I had to clear away and the external lighting leading up the steps didn’t seem to work. Not a huge issue just would have been nice to have as the daylight dwindles.

Summary: Amazing home for an incredibly affordable price in a beautiful area. Highly recommend.

Negative: The nearby bridge was under construction and we were not advised of the major detour. It would have been good to know before heading down the speedway to Mukilteo Blvd only to be rerouted 1/4 mile from the house to take a several mile detour from the north.

Summary: Beautiful Mukilteo view home. Although a bit dated, the view makes up for any perceived issues with the home’s age!

Negative: 1 floor is really old and noisy 2 house big but only one bathroom 3 master bedroom door gets stock really bad to the point that we need to pull out and lift really hard in order to open it 3 smell, a really weird smell 4 ants, kitchen was full of them 5 stove, doesn’t work properly Lights outside, don’t work 6 Trying to charge us for items that we didn’t damaged

Summary: Disappointed, we vacación to that state 3 or 4 times at year, definitely not this location
