This is your home away from home. By reserving this listing, you are agreeing that the listed number of guests are the only individuals occupying the residence with you. Guests in your party that are not included in your reservation are subject to $18/day extra guest fees. For long term reservations a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property if evidence are found inside the property of smoking it will be a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed in the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front of the property.
We need everyone to adhere to the set checkout times. We can allow a 15min grace period. But after that it is a $50 late fee assessed, and a daily fee after the full hour. This is to prevent inconveniencing guests coming in after you.
All guests are expected to remove outside shoes before stepping onto any carpeted surfaces.
