It has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River and the Edison Bridge from every room and the large screened balcony. It has great amenities including gigabyte fiberoptic internet, cable TV, new 85" Samsun smart TV in living room and is furnished with high quality furniture and linen. It is inside a gated community with its own waterfront infinity pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, theater, library, club room and private pier. It is within walking distance to all attractions of downtown Fort Myers including the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. It is only 16 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, within 1 hour drive from the Everglades and 2 to 3 hour drive to Miami and Orlando. It is 16 miles away from the Florida Southwestern International Airport (RSW) which is served by over 15 domestic and international airlines with direct flights to over 50 US and international cities.

Summary: We had a great time staying here at this very clean and comfortable condo. Not only were the views from many windows magnificent but the condo was located walking distance from downtown Fort Myers where there are many great restaurants & bars as well as boutiques to enjoy. Also there is a really nice pool right on the River available to use. So many positives about this condo!!!

Summary: Wonderful location. A couple of minor issues and owner responded right away and issues quickly resolved. Owner was extremely good at communicating. Would rent this again any time. Short walk to downtown restaurants and events.

Summary: Stayed at this condo for an extended period of time. So convenient to walk downtown to enjoy restaurants, bars and shopping. Plus, Fort Myers has so many downtown festivals and events. No need to worry about parking! If we didn’t want to walk, the Trolley stopped right at the property. The other condo owners and visitors were wonderful and we made some great friends while we were there. Place is ultra-safe. And, we had the most beautiful sunsets over the Caloosahatchee River every night. Stunning views.

Summary: The property had a lot going for it. Our only suggestion is it needs a little bit of an overhaul in furniture/carpet. They both could been cleaner.

Summary: Safe, secure with everything you need. West facing balcony gives you breath taking views of Florida sunsets. Within walking distance of historic downtown shops, restaurants and marina.

Summary: The property is located in one of the twin high rise towers overlooking the river. This condo faces mostly west, so the view is down river toward the bridges. From one window, the pool and a view across the river is visible. The semi-private elevators speed up the process of going to and from the condo and are nice. The condo owner is pleasant and responsive--a good person to interact with. The only negative is that we happened to be there when the coronavirus pandemic hit full steam, so the amenities were unavailable for the last part of our stay.

Summary: My husband and I were accompanied by our son on our trip to Ft Myers. We stayed in this spacious 3 bedroom luxury waterside condo that was a perfect fit for us. Every room has a great view of the river and downtown Ft Myers together with the three long bridges in the distance certainly add livelihood to the scene. We enjoyed the large screened balcony where we had tea and watched beautiful sunset. We also enjoyed the cozy 3rd bedroom-turned into recreation room where we watched TV and napped. The condo was well equipped and well kept with immaculate kitchen and pantry. The laundry room next to the kitchen is very convenient. There is a stop for a free sightseeing trolley right in front of our Riviera tower on 1st Street. We took the trolley to downtown where we visited Edison and Ford Winter Estate, did some grocery shopping at the Publix and the farmer's market, dined at Bennett's Fresh Roast, Veranda and Joe's Crab Shack (excellent foods!), walked in the Centennial Park and even took a sunset cruise from the Marina at Edison Ford and saw manatees swimming in the river near the railway lift bridge. Everything is so conveniently accessible from the condo! We did drive to Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and visited J.N. Ding and Darling National Wildlife Refuge and Lovers Key State Park where we saw gorgeous sunset on the gulf. We also went down to Naples and had an exciting experience riding airboat in the Everglades. It is amazing that all these fun activities were within 1 hour of driving from the beautiful condo! We also enjoyed taking a walk in the river side pathway around the towers and the beautiful and spacious terrace next to the infinity pool and hot tub. The staff and people are so helpful and kind! Brooke would always hold the door for us before we even started to punch in the code to the main entrance. I forgot several bottles of drinking water in the rotunda while taking pictures of the beautiful scenes and they were promptly picked up and left on the reception desk! We would definitely go back!

Summary: We had a terrific time at this beautiful condo -- it was completely relaxing (I took 8 books to read ... a bit optimistic, but still felt good about having the ability to read several), comfortable (the recliner chair in 3rd bedroom perfect for tv watching ... and cat-napping!), and a great location with easy access to downtown Ft. Myers, Sanibel/Captiva, and my favorite discovery -- Matlacha, a small artsy/fishing community on Pine Island. The screened porch is very large and a perfect spot for drinking coffee in the morning, and wine at night. Though Florida in the summer can be pretty warm at times, the breezes off the river kept things comfortable and less humid. This is a new condo, with lots of amenities and luxuries -- including a semi-private elevator that allowed for quick service. Parking is underground, which kept the cars cool. A small, but nice gym is in the adjacent building -- along with a fairly large lending library of books. The pool was beautiful, and classes for aqua aerobics were held throughout the week. We never made it to the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford museum -- but are saving that for our next trip! Downtown Ft. Myers has several cute shops and restaurants, and just over the bridge are major familiar restaurants and stores -- all within about 5 miles. It was a perfect rental -- and the owners, John and Jean, couldn't be more accommodating. We can't wait to return!!!
