Nestled on 3/4 of an acre ,next to the historical Tuolumne water supply ditch on a wooded lot bordering the Stanislaus Forest, this is the ideal vacation home. Spacious three bedroom/2 bath home features vaulted knotty pine ceilings, a wrap-around deck and plenty of windows to enjoy the great outdoors. Custom built in 2010, this home includes cedar siding, energy efficient construction/windows/ appliances, hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Large great-room next to the open kitchen and dining area. Two spacious bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room downstairs. Upstairs includes a loft for office or guest , master bedroom with balcony and full bath with Jacuzzi. Covered carport. Enjoy recreation trails right out your back door for jogging, hiking, biking, watching the deer ,squirrel's or just listening to the water flowing . Summary: We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Rooms and amenities were as described. Our young boys enjoyed the numerous games provided onsite. Great communication from the owners. The home provided a great base for exploring the area, including a very manageable 45-minute drive to Leland Snow Play. Pros: - Plenty of dinnerware, cooking utensils, and foil/plastic wrap, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. - warm air blowing under every vanity / sink was a nice touch - the aforementioned games - plenty of beds/space- big, beautiful windows looking out at natureAs others have noted, there’s a steep driveway. Highly recommend arriving during the daylight to navigate. We did use the hot tub, but both it and the outdoor gas grill looked like they could use a little TLC. But none of that detracted from our stay. Would recommend.

Summary: Wow wow your home is so BEAUTIFUL. We can tell you put a lot of your heart in it. Really we mean that. So many personal thoughts and touches you made. My friend Allen and I only used 2 of the bedrooms but so accommodating to a lot of friends and family’s for sure. Hot tub, AMAZING. Spent 2 hours in it on day 1&2. Our recommendations for your future guests. Driveway- we had a little VW golf so we got down and able to turn in it carefully but not recommended for any other cars. Should park at the top Stairs down to unit-Be very careful if there is snow(which we had). Can be slippery Fire Place- used thongs(sorry) from kitchen to grab wood and turn logs to not burn ourselves. All other fireplace stuff great! Temperature in the home perfect when we arrived. Thank you We had soap in bathrooms. We brought ours but thank you. Spices perfect for our cooking. Kitchen so amazing! Instructions to your home was perfect as the entrance code. We accidentally locked ourselves out from door by kitchen but walked around and used code to front door to get back in……whew close call. WiFi was great throughout your home We drank water from the sink. I hope it’s ok? Better than plastic bottles from Safeway honestly. You home is so peaceful and quiet. Listening to the brook down below. I’m sure your summers are amazing hanging out when it’snot the cold season.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for our nieces wedding, that all our kids and grand kids could stay all together. This was our only second time going with VRBO. What a great experience at this beautiful cabin in the pines! It felt like we were all at home. The host, Gary, was there for us 24/7 and their cabin is spectaular. Thank you for a great weekend!

Summary: If you need to get away and want peace, animals, and clean beautiful mountain mornings then Gary's place is it. It was just my wife and I but this place can fit 2 families. Don't think about it, just book it!

Summary: We had a wonderful time , the cabin is beautiful and in a quiet location .. off the regular path. It’s relaxing and enjoyable ! Excellent kitchen and room for our family. We drove into Sonora, Twain Heart, Pincrest Lake, had dinner at Mia’s and my brother went fishing . We saw many deer and my brother went fishing .

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful and comfortable house for our snow trip with the family. We took the the kids up to a SNOpark up highway 108. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful, ensuring we had a smooth check-in and even followed up with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Summary: We had a great time. The house is very well stocked. Gary is very responsive and the neighbor was very helpful to us when we needed a bit of help getting up driveway. All and all great experience. Only thing that I would say was not great is the driveway! Check weather and park up top if rainy or snowy conditions. Also back into driveway. We lost power due to storm so generator should be more accessible in emergency. Owner was very appreciative of our feedback. Must be absolutely beautiful in summertime cause it was beautiful in the snow!

Summary: We had a lovely little vacation in this very comfortable, well-appointed house overlooking a beautiful creek. We were lucky enough to get snow which was a delight to watch from our cozy warm space. We cooked some great meals and wanted for nothing. Highly recommended - hope we can go again in future.

Summary: Wonderful home with great communication from owners. Beautiful scenery right outside the big windows and awesome wood stove to stay warm. Plenty of room for two families (8 people). Easy drive to Yosemite and Big Trees filled with all the needed amenities. Would stay again!
