3 Bedroom House in Spruce Head

This house is located on a very quiet lane and has a large yard which borders the rocky shore front ocean. There are 3 bedrooms/2 baths, a beautiful updated kitchen with lots of amenities. Also, a dishwasher, a diningroom, and a bright well lit livingroom and sitting area with a TV that is connected to cable along with a DVD player. The house has water views/frontage and a partial wrap around deck. There are cheery gardens to enjoy while sitting outside enjoying the Maine air! We have recently partially renovated the downstairs bathroom which now has a new floor and a new vanity!
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with sitting space and plenty of closet and dresser space. We also have a washer/dryer for your convenience. Every now and again you might even see a deer on the front lawn!

Summary: This is our second stay at this location . We like the isolation and quiet. The parking is ample for our trailers and we are 10 minutes from our event at Owls Head Transportation.Lots of living space on the first floor. The young people like to explore the cove. And best of all we can stay for just a long weekend. and not a full week . We will see you next year.

Summary: We are a group of mid age folks who spend time together each autumn to explore an area of New England. This year we chose to explore mid coast Maine. This rental home was was wonderful, Spacious, bright and open, well equipped and comfortable. At the end of our day exploring, we enjoyed spending time at the property watching the tide change and the wildlife. Thank you for offering this property for others to enjoy!

Summary: Pictures don't do it justice. Such a lovely house on a beautiful quiet dirt road. Perfect for our two families with young kids (though one couple has to push twin beds together). Rainy days were no problem as we got to relax in the charming and comfortable house. Will definitely return!

Summary: My family and I had an amazing weekend stay at this cute and cozy cottage. Everything about this property was perfect...from the views of the water to the spacious yard and also the perfect kitchen to prepare delicious family meals. The photos on the listing does not do this place justice. Its so much more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Thank you Amber!

Summary: We all agreed the pictures online didn’t do this property justice. We found it more spacious & comfortable than expected with a very well-equipped kitchen. We spent much of our daytime on outside deck facing the water, reconnecting with each other. Mornings were a delightful time to listen to birds in the trees & bees at the rhododendron. Spruce Head is convenient to many interesting locations including Rockland, Thomaston, Camden, as well as Port Clyde, Owls Head, Cushing. Lots to do. We loved our week-long stay & plan to return!

Summary: My sister's and mother took a girls trip to Maine. We had many things on our bucket list and this house was the perfect hub for our 3 day adventure. The sunrise and colors of fall that surrounded the home were a wonderful back drop for our daily coffee. The home had everything we needed to start each day, all we had to buy was our favorite treats and snacks. The home is set up was perfect for card night or if you needed quiet time you could retreat to you bedroom of choice.
