Summary: Location was very close to everywhere I needed to go . The room was very clean and quiet . Plenty of room to get out and walk and great coffee shop ,eating and also had live music . The hot tub was very nice and also enjoyed walking thru Carrollton to go to beach . Everyone was very friendly .

Summary: The unit smelled nice and clean upon arrival and is bright & modern. It has lovely finishes, furnishings, towels, bedding, and a comfortable mattress. The kitchen has most of the things you need to cook if you want to and the fridge was spotless. It’s a comfortable space for one or two people. The unit is a studio but does have separate spaces if two people wanted to spread out and watch different shows on the two large TV’s. Best amenity is the beach loungers and umbrella set that’s included. Not having to pack or carry these items was wonderful! The neighborhood has all you need with a general store, bike rentals, wine store, pizza place, coffee shop, cafe and so many pools. You can go to the nearby grocery if you want, but most everything you could need can be found without getting in the car! Would definitely stay here again. While the outside of the building and the hallway is due for a good power wash and sprucing up, a nice condo awaits you inside for a relaxing time at the beach.

Summary: The management office people were very unfriendly. I couldn’t check out 1 hour later or check in 20 minutes earlier. Only 2 places to eat in the property, they were alright but very limited options. The resort pool code did not work and the manager said it was a tricky system… Also, I never got the code to access the beach so I had to call and wait a long time for an answer.
