Negative: This is no fault to the host, but there is a building being built right next door and they often started work at 7am.

Positive: Clean, cozy, nice layout of the apartment. Washer and dryer combo came in handy! Was quiet and cofortable. Near to China Town with restaurants and shops. Not far from the center.
Negative: The only issue was a very slippery bathtub floor which made it difficult and dangerous to shower.
