Negative: No instructions on how to use tv/ Apple Remote - we had a lot of trouble and I am sure some simple instructions would have solved all our problems Bathroom sink blocked every time we ran some water in it and pretty sure the cleaner would notice that

Negative: Can be a little noisy with car traffic. It is on a busy intersection. This didn't bother me. I slept well. It might bother some who are looking for a quiet spot.

Positive: The location of the property was excellent for beach going and transit to Adelaide city. Conveniently placed Dulwich bakery (best chicken & mushroom pie ever!), - cafe, trendy açai shop and chemist across the road. Staff managing property were informative, responsive and professional when we had queries or had to extend stay by a day. Whoever prepped the property thought of pretty much everything you’d need from laundry detergent, rubbish bags, milk for first day to important things like wifi and an AC unit in every room for Adelaide’s insanely hot summers! It was near perfect!
Negative: To be honest not much. For the price point, location and all the comfort bits and pieces, it was really convenient and comfy. Parking or rather reversing out can be a bit of a squeeze if everyone is home but no major complains!
Summary: Comfy, convenient and will 100% stay again when we’re back in Adelaide!

Negative: Kitchen mugs , need replacing all chips , all frying pans full of grease and need replacing and we needed kitchen sponge and scoured as there was none

Negative: The heat light unit in bathroom wasn't working Tv reception and WiFi signal wasn't the best Pots and pans need some cleanliness/ replacement. But very good accommodation.
