Positive: Great location, tube behind the corner, nice pub in the building next to the appartments. Flat was very clean a well equiped. Close to Camden town/market which one of the most interesting parts of the city.

Positive: The penthouse is well laid out and roomy with a large kitchen / living room and huge ensuite main bedroom and good size second queen bedroom. The main bedroom faced the main road but the occasional siren was the only noise we heard in the front bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was not as quiet even though it was at the rear of the property. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the proximity to a small supermarket downstairs and the Tube station across the road. We were excited to use the beautiful egg shaped free standing bath in the ensuite but alas - no hot water!
Negative: The apartment is quite sterile. The kitchen equipment was sparse ie no cooking knives, just enough mugs, glasses and cutlery. Cooking a meal wasn't possible due to the lack of equipment. We did not have enough hot water for the duration of our stay (6 nights) and although we were advised someone had come to look at the problem, it wasn't fixed even with numerous requests. In the end the property managers just ignored our messages about lack of hot water. There was never enough hot water to use the beautiful bath in the ensuite bathroom. Water in the ensuite shower rarely needed any cold water mixed in. We thought it might have been an issue with how long the water took to reheat after use. However there were only 2 of us staying and one day we didn't use the hot water for 12 hours to see if it reheated but no marked improvement. Beds were not particularly old but not that comfortable.The 2nd bedroom bed did not have a mattress protector and the buttons on the mattress were very uncomfortable. The 2nd bedroom at the back also had an outside mechancial noise problem either from the building or an adjacent building, that made sleeping during the night difficult. We were also concerned about security as we were told the code to the main door changes for every new guest but were not reassured when we asked if the security code to the lift to the property also changes as there is no way to lock the door from the lift into the apartment. The keys are only for the front door of the apartment which we didn't use. To access the apartment you have to take one lift; walk across an outside courtyard then enter another lift; not ideal late at night. Our overall impression is that no one "loves" this place, the many common areas were grubby, messages go unanswered and it seems to be geared for short term stays with high turnover and low care factor.

Positive: The appartment was clean. No noises even though it was located next to the subway station and nearby Camden Market. Comfortable stay, I can definately recommendate this stay.
Negative: In the beginning, I was not sure because I am not used to to do payments using other options then in booking itself. I was afraid it was a scam and also contacted the support desk of Booking to verify everthing. I also read this in reviews but everybody ended up having a good experience. After the payment the service and contact with them were very good. Quick responses and also explaining how everything goes. We have a great experience and can recommend it to other people.

Positive: Extremely clean and spacious apartment! Convenient location 2 min walking from Chalk Farm tube station. Grocery stores and bars nearby. Kitchen with Nespresso machine and all the necessary. Warm with separate thermostat in each room for regulating the heating. Detailed instructions for self check in before arrival. We got an upgrade which was a pleasant suprise! Thank you!
Negative: Communication with the staff was a bit difficult. The payment which requires to be made by link which you receive to your email is a little bit stressful.
