Positive: This was such an unexpected gem for the Holidays! My daughter was flying in from NYC and I was flying in from Florida to meet up with my son, who attends the U of U, for the Holidays. This location was perfect for easily getting around town and campus while still being a quiet neighborhood for a good night's sleep. The beds/pillows/linens were all so cozy! The house heated well and quickly and had all the necessities for the week we spent having a simple family Christmas together. My son actually played Santa and brought in a small Christmas Tree as you can see in the photo. So sweet!
Negative: No Negatives! Given my two children are grown, neither of them were very inclined to the bunk beds although they were certainly large enough. Instead my daugher shared the King bed with me and my son slept downstairs. But if you had children, it would literally be perfect! There were plenty of blankets to snuggle up with, as well as games and toys that I think any family would appreciate, and even nice stuffed animals that my grown daughter was very happy to sleep with!
Summary: This charming, clean and convenient location was a perfectly cozy home away from home

Positive: Coffee and popcorn provided. Very comfortable pillows and blankets. Quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood. No BS cleaning fees. Host made it easy for me to arrive at a convenient time and get access via a door code.
Negative: All was good for me.
Summary: It's a home away from home: a 3 bedroom house in a pleasant neighborhood.

Positive: I had a great stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants and stores. The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to contact. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again.
