Summary: Check in was easy, the room was quiet and cute, and the bed was very comfy. I tried to reach out to them during my stay, and my emails went unanswered, so if you need something during your stay, it may be harder. Also, the property didn't have an elevator, and my partner hurt his back carrying luggage down the stairs, so just be aware when you book it that there is no elevator. Also, the hallway outside our unit smelled very strongly of smoke. I was concerned our room would smell and it had been listed as non-smoking, but the room smelled fine. But note the hallway really smelled of smoke.

Summary: Clean and fresh. Had missed contact lenses in cleaning otherwise good. So nice with ac when its over 30 celcius. Walk outside and follow that street and you are in oldtown on 10 min. Central station is also close

Summary: Good idea but poorly executed. The room had been renovated and had a small kitchenette with the essentials to cook if you wanted. We only stayed a night so didn’t take advantage of that. Floors had definitely not been cleaned in a bit and had food crumbs and hair that were noticeable. The shower pan was not level so the water had a tendency to flow out the shower door.

Summary: Comfortable, well priced, family friendly accommodation in an excellent location near to both the old town and station. Kitchenette is a bonus, especially for breakfast with tea and coffee provided, but with lots of options nearby for food and drinks.

Summary: We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn.

Summary: Family of 4, traveling with two tall teenagers. This was perfect for us. Easy to find. Clean. Beds mostly comfortable. Only downside was no parking, but it's to be expected in Europe.

Summary: Great location steps from a fantastic local restaurant and several pubs. This is not a conventional hotel. You go fetch your own bedding and towels from the depot and check in and out on your own. But the staff are extremely accessible. High marks for sustainability.

Summary: Clean, spacious, quiet location. 10 mins to Innsbruck centre. 5 mins to the ski bus and DeBorse ski hire shop. Small kitchen was very useful.
