Positive: Location was good if your focus was Innsbruck city, close to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Kitchen has what is required with Washing machine as well as dish washer. a toaster would be a nice addition. bathroom is nice, with floor heating
Negative: the apartment is neat and functional and location is convenient if your focus is on the city. it is however very small and though it does have sleeping space for 4 people, there is no space for luggage for 4 people going skiing. we had to re-arrange the furniture, and to open close luggage all the time as there was too little space. 2 of the sleeping spaces is in an alcove with very tight stairs, not for older people or people to need to get to the bathroom at night. No shower gel or shampoo offered and 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for one week is just...... heating didnt work the first night, but a nice feature is the floor heating in the bathroom, which we cranked up and opened the door for the heat to spread to the other room. Connectivity for skiing is cumbersome and exhausting

Positive: Good Location just outside of Old Town with good proximity to the OBB train station. Good quality kitchen area for proper cooking. Very good shower room. Furniture is of good size and comfortable. Staff spoke good English when we called for an enquiry.
Negative: Could provide a few more kitchen utensils but I like cooking breakfast so your milage may vary.

Positive: Nice size. Separate bedroom. Good living area. Convenient to the station and buses. This property gives you access to the Innsbruck Welcome Card which has free public transport and a raft of free guided walks and e-bike tours (just pay for bike rental if necessary) Great value experience!

Positive: Location is convenient for sights in Innsbruck, easy to check in & out with the key code for the door.
Negative: Facilities are all as described but basic - e.g. 'toiletries are provided', but it's one small sachet of shower gel and one toilet roll for a 5 night stay. Microwave is in a cupboard well above head height (have to stand on a chair to use it), nowhere to hang clothes or put luggage. Flat is smaller than it seems in the pictures, not sure how a large group would fit - I was fine as travelling alone. Room was dusty, shower didn't drain properly. Would expect better for the price - it's basic accommodation but not priced accordingly.

Positive: Location to the main train station. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Walkable to various points of interest. + Points for Washing machines, dishwasher, smart tv. Shower very good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Negative: Beds we're either too hard or too soft. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Needs more dusting especially around the bed area. Cupboards dusty and head area. No knives for cooking.
