UV Air Purification: For those with allergies, the elderly, babies or if you are visiting Houston's world renowned medical facilities you will be glad to know the home has a UV air purification system that aids against *mold, odors, VOC's, bacteria or viruses and we additionally use Air filters which aids against dust, airborne dust mite debris, pollen, mold spores etc.
First Floor: The first floor (or ground floor) features two bedrooms with a living room between them and a bathroom with a walk in shower. See amenities section with details on bed sizes and setup or further below. The garage is located on this level and has a built in desk / work station with reading lamp . The living room has a 55" TV and a sliding door leading to a outdoor covered patio and entertainment area with another separate gated and enclosed area with a basket ball hoop! The home also has a new Weber Grill around the back of the home.
Second floor: The second floor can be accessed from the first level (via stairs inside) or from the front (via stairs). The open plan living, dining area and kitchen has great natural light and also has a deck / work station with a reading / work lamp. The Dining and Kitchen area is great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and showcase some of the most modern appliances including a GE Profile Oven and Fridge. The Living room has a 65" Smart TV installed.
Third Floor: The third floor is completed by a spacious main bedroom including a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. The King bed has an amazing Cool Gel mattress which can be height adjusted at the foot or head section. There is a dedicated desk / work station in the main bedroom including a lamp. The modern ensuite bathroom has large jetted tub and separate walk in shower. Two walk-in closets. The one closet is stocked with baby and toddler items, games and other handy items that will help with your travels as needed. The second bedroom on the third floor was a bathroom which includes a walk in shower and walk in closet.
Babies or Toddlers: The home has a diaper pail, step stools, potty, 2 mobile Pack and Plays, stroller, baby chair, soft play mat and loads of kids toys and utensils. The stairs have retractable barriers to aid with keeping the little ones where they need to be. The home also have two mobile Pack n Plays and a mobile Air Toddler bed.
We can also help with Children’s Museum access depending on schedules.
We also provide some ride on toys, a Strider type bike and helmet and basket ball/s.
Beds: The Twin beds shown as single beds are Twin XL (Extra long - 39" x 80”).
These (2 Twin XL beds) can be placed together to make King beds if needed. We just need advanced notice if this is required to move them together and put King bedding on.
This enables you to have either 3 King beds and a Queen, one Twin XL, plus a Queen Sofa Bed) or one King, one Queen and 5 Twin XL beds and one Queen Sofa or anything in between). The home also have two mobile Pack n Plays and a mobile Air Toddler bed.
Outside: The home has two fenced and gated areas in the garden both with child latches located at the top.
1)The first area has a Basketball hoop with concrete area and seating area in the one corner. The garden has a automatic drip irrigation / sprinkler system.
2) The second area has a large section (~30' x 10' with artificial turf) on the side with a covered seating area and two lounge chairs.
The home has a Grill around the back.
We also provide a picnic blanket, camping chairs and some frisbees if you want to stroll over to the many parks.

We list restaurants in the area and details will be available on the App once booked. Menus are also located in the home. There's about 5 restaurants within two blocks from the home.
Multiple parks, walking trails and the zoo close to the home. This is very likely the closest home to the Centennial Gardens.
The home has been fully renovated in 2020 with new paint, floors, bathrooms, outdoors and garden, appliances and bedding.
As reference, please have a look at the Hotel Zaza Rates which is located a few blocks away to get an idea of rates in this area (you could be charged additional fees at the hotel for parking and other services). Hope this gives you an idea of the value you get for staying in a 4 bedroom home.
