Great 2 bedroom duplex with a large balcony and private parking space The maisonette apartment with a large balcony and bedroom on the upper floor and is ideal to spend a couple of great days on Lake Constance.
The modern apartment has 64sqm living space, with partially floor to ceiling windows. The large windows face west.
The decor is modern. TV is a matter of course. Wifi, parking space and washing machine are offered free of charge. A staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic. There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washing machine and a private parking space.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove with oven and the necessary small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, like on the balcony.
The object is equipped for 2 persons. Long-term tenants are welcome. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs and also not suitable for crawling or climbing children.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
The bed linen, 1 set of towels per person and the final cleaning are included.

Summary: Ich war im April 2021 eine gute Woche während einer Dienstreise in dieser FeWo untergebracht. Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat fast alles, was man braucht. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, zentrumsnah gelegen. Die FeWo verfügt über einen geräumigen Balkon mit Südausrichtung. In der FeWo ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Obwohl die FeWo nur für max. zwei Personen zugelassen ist, es gibt Geschrr und Besteck für wesentlich mehr Personen. So kann man auch Gäste empfangen. Das Internet ist richtig schnell und dürfte bei ca. 100 Mbit liegen. Die FeWo hat leider keine Spülmaschine. Zudem könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass diese Wohnung im Sommer richtig warm wird, denn sie liegt unterm Dach. Das Schlafzimmerfenster konnte man nicht abdunkeln, somit war es morgens ab 06.00 uhr schon taghell im Schlafzimmer. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein REWE-Markt, der auch eine Ladestation für Elektroautos besitzt (max. 22 KW). Da ich mit einem E-Auto da war, sehr praktisch.
