Welcome to the Kiel house in Holm, Osterwisch 2, 24217 Schönberg / Holm, in the 12th Floor for 2 people with balcony.
You will find this comfortably furnished apartment just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea beach. From the apartment and from the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. With various seating options, you can choose whether you want to sit high or low on the balcony.
The 30m² apartment with bathroom, kitchenette and east-facing balcony is located in the former Ostseehotel Holm. The apartment is modern, bright and friendly. Sufficient storage space is available. A flat screen TV (with HDMI, USB), music system and various games can be used.

A covered green area with 12 mini golf courses is located in the middle of the house. A Greek restaurant and a cozy pub for a glass of wine or a beer (incl. SKY) are on the first floor.
There are enough parking spaces around the house. Large luggage trolleys can be found on the ground floor in order to transport your suitcases comfortably and easily by elevator.
A small shopping mile with snacks, souvenirs, bakers ... is about 50 m away. An Edeka, a bicycle rental and a mini golf course with 18 courses are 300 meters away. Various restaurants and an ice cream parlor are nearby.
It takes 5 minutes to Schönberg and 15 minutes to Laboe by car. Kiel is 25 km away. A bus stop is in front of the door. You can take the bus in the Schönberg area with your "ostseecard" (this is the spa card) free of charge - as often as you like (15. March to 31 October). The bus needs approx. 1 hour driving time.
