Positive: Our entire 2 week stay was like not ever leaving home. The residence was emaculate. It had all of the comforts of home. All of the rooms have televisions in them. The living area was super comfy and chill. The dining area and table is large enough for 4+ people. The kitchen has every utensil like it's your home so if you want to cook a meal tell the chef in the group to be prepared to eat in. You will definitely save money as opposed to always eating out. The laundry room was definitely a good send since our stay was extended. The hosts are super good people who worked with us as a situation came up beyond our control and had to extend our stay at the last minute. They are responsive to your needs but with everything you'll ever need already in the house you won't have a want for anything. The residence is definitely great for extended stays and a family of 4 or more. Give them a shot and I bet you'll leave blown away like we did. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends when they come down to visit. I'll give them 2 extra stars because the booking agent was superb as well . Oh and I have a bad back and the primary room's bed did some magic on it. I have to find out where it came from.
