Private: property 200 m2, small garden lawn and wildlife garden. Bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Hohen Wieschendorf" 250 m, sandy beach "Wohlenberger Wiek" 4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
2-room semi-detached house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings are only permitted for tourist purposes.

Summary: Das Ferienhaus hatte eine für uns passende Größe, war recht komfortabel eingerichtet, und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein großer Hund machte unserem kleinen Hund nur etwas Angst. Wir waren sehr schnell zum Sightseeing in Wismar oder Boltenhagen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist Schloß Bothmer. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man bei einem großen EKZ in Gägelow. Leider gibt es dort kein WLAN!

Summary: Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung Alles da was man braucht ,auch ideal für einen Hund. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen

Summary: Das Bad ist sehr klein.Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung zu klein . In manchen Schränken waren Spinnweben.
