For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (15 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 14.Oct.). Summary: Groß, sauber, ordentlich und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr schöne, sonnige Lage mit Ausblick über die Hügel des Piemont. Schöner Pool, ca. 14m lang. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Diese haben im Nebenhaus eine Wochenendwohnung und kümmern sich um die Pflege des Grundstücks, dabei aber nie aufdringlich oder störend. Die Einweisung erfolgt durch den Sohn (?) in Englisch. Faire und transparente Nebenkostenabrechnung. Bei Vollbelegung wäre ein zweiter Kühlschrank wünschenswert. Positiv überrascht haben die, im Vergleich, sehr guten Betten. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, mit dem Kaminofen bekommt man aber den Erdgeschossraum gut warm (Holz gibt`s vom Vermieter). Im Obergeschoss Fußbodenheizung. Das WLAN–Signal ist meist nur auf dem Balkon und vor dem Haus stark genug.Die Pizzaria "Il Puffo" (am Anfang des Dorfes, am Sportplatz, gegenüber der Tankstelle) hat zwar einen morbiden Charme (Plastestühle und Barackenfeeling), die Pizza ist aber sehr gut und preiswert und man kann sie auch mitnehmen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Reisetipps: Positiv überrascht hat uns Turin, das Vorurteil einer reinen "Industriestadt" hat sich nicht bestätigt. Parken am besten im Parkhaus an der Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Wer mit dem (Renn)rad fahren möchte: unbedingt bergtaugliche Übersetzung montieren. Die Anstiege sind selten lang, aber oft mit heftigen Steigungen. Außerdem war ich froh, dass ich das Gravelbike eingepackt hatte – die Straßen sind oft in keinem guten Zustand, zumal im dichten Netz kaum verzeichneter Kleinststraßen, die das Hinterland durchziehen. Die wunderschöne Landschaft entschädigt jedoch dafür.

Summary: Het huis is erg netjes en badkamers zijn goed up to date. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Een paar tips; in de hete periode zou een airco geen overbodige luxe zijn. Verder hebben een paar ramen geen horren en een paar hele grote mooie ramen hebben geen luiken waardoor de warmte niet te weren is. Hierdoor wordt t erg warm binnen dat is jammer. Het zwembad is mooi en groot en is heel schoon. Wordt iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. Laatste tip; schaduw doeken bij de tafeltennistafel of boom.

Summary: This House and place is very lovely and the hosts are really kind. The House is modern and works really well for two families because of the 5 bedrooms and two bathroom on the top floor. And all the beds are very good. The pool and outdoor surrondings are also very well working. So all in all a very nice holiday

Summary: Das Haus Secondo ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel: Pool, Pingpong, Grill, Kraftraum, gut eingerichtete Küche, schöner Sitzplatz mit Aussicht. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand.

Summary: Ein wirklich sehr modern ausgestattes Ferienhaus mit genug Platz für 10 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche mit großen Essbereich sowie einem Holzofen zum Pizza backen. Das einzige was in der Küche fehlt ist ein Ofen, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ebenfalls ist noch eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, der Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ist im Obergeschoss, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde. Der Aussenbereich ist auch sehr gut, vor allem die überdachte Terrasse mit sehrbequemen Sofa! Der Pool war auch jederzeit sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Gebäude, jedoch haben wir Sie nur selten gesehen. Jedoch standen Sie für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Eine Garage für 3 Autos steht zur Verfügung. Kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt Autan oder ähnliches mitnehmen, da es viele Mücken gibt ! Aber das ist auch das einzig negative! Wer Ruhe und entspannen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig ! Reisetipps: Mailand und Turin sind nicht weit entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Die Autobahn ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Asti, welche 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Dort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und große Supermärkte. Restaurants gibt es nur sehr wenige und einfache Restaurants in nähere Umgebung des Hauses. Ebenfalls konnten wir auch keinen näheren Supermarkt finden. War aber für uns nicht schlimm, 20 Minuten sind schnell mal gefahren mit dem Auto.

Summary: Belle propriété avec une grande piscine et propre. Les propriétaires ont le sens du détail et ont superbement ammenagé cette location. Ils sont d'une très grande gentilesse, toujours prêts à aider et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Ils ont certainement contribué a rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Conseils de voyage: Belle région surtout vers le sud entre Asti et Alba. á recommander.
