I can provide 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, a very comfortable living room and kitchen with everything in. The backyard is perfect to relax, bbq, lunch or dinner + fresh air. From the house it‘s walking 5 minutes to beach front of water. Inside the house no smoking. Free internet and 1-2 parking space. Stair lift up to 110kg. Pet friendly cat or small dog.

Summary: The house was quaint, quiet, and situated in a lovely location. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable.However, there were a couple of drawbacks to note. The two large windows in the back of the house, located in the kitchen and living room, lacked proper window coverings that close, which made the space feel less private. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom window had no covering at all. While it’s high enough that someone might assume privacy, I personally feel more comfortable with a covered window in such a space.Another point to consider is the laundry situation. The laundry is not in the unit, and you’ll need to coordinate with the homeowner to schedule a time to use it. During my laundry session, the homeowner stayed nearby and observed the entire process, which felt a bit uncomfortable.The homeowner was very kind but, I reached out with a question on the first night and didn’t receive a response until the following day, which might be a challenge if you need assistance promptly.Overall, it’s a very well-kept and pleasant home, ideal for a family stay. With a few adjustments for privacy and communication, it could be an even better experience! Beautiful home, nice people, great location.!

Summary: Great place to stay. All amenities and then some. Fatemeh greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything before retreating to the basement. We took our cat and he was quite comfortable once he got to sniff around. Cozy place and very friendly host.

Summary: What a lovely, cozy place. We had so much fun. Very relaxing, it was nice to have a comfortable living room and full kitchen to prepare meals for the four of us. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio relax and catch up. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Being just two blocks off the beach and a five minute drive to the downtown area was a big plus too. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet enjoyable get away convenient to lake Simcoe attractions. And a big plus for Fatemeh, who is a very gracious host.
