30 km east of Varkaus, lake Polvijärvi 30 m (1.5 km long, 0.5 km wide), shallow hard sand/gravel bottom, at the end of the dock water over 2 m deep, own boat.
Log cottage 2010, kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, shower room and toilet in the washroom, sauna, separate toilet.
In the yard there is a roofed barbeque place. Stairs to the beach.
In the cottage there is an air source heat pump for cooling, internet and Playstation 2. The tap water contains iron, which can cause odour and taste. It has however been analyzed and is accepted as household water. Client may bring own drink water.
Well-equipped villa for a comfortable holiday. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price (however, client needs to wash the dishes, take garbage out to the waste containes, take empty bottles/cans and foodstuff away as well as remove used bed linen from the beds before leaving).
About 60 meters away near the neighbour cottage's yard there is a shared play area for children (used by three cottages). Neighbor cottage is only in owner's own use.
The owner rents out a canoe and an electric outboard motor for the boat.
