- All the guests in the reservation have to provide their ID before check-in date, and every kid must be notified.
- 21 years and older guest are allowed, younger than 21 must be accompanied with their parent or verified guardian.
- We won't accept the check-in, where kids were not mentioned at the time of reservation.
- Check-in is after 5:00 pm.

- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the
security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- RV's, Trucks, Limousines or Any Car bigger than the Driveway length are not allowed to spend the night in the Driveway or the street.
- Prohibited to use the house power for external proposes (electric cars, RVs or any other)
- Prohibited to use the house water for external proposes (pools, carwash, refill RVs or any other)
- Prohibited to receive packages at the property.
Cleaning and maintenance:
- The premises should be maintained in clean conditions, you have to pay for
damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Avoid spills on the wood floor.
- Don’t clean the Wood floor with bleach or any kind of products.
- Inside the laundry area is the special mop for the wood floor.
